🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – ComfortKicks

We are pleased to offer a free return and exchange service to all customers where purchases meet our Returns Policy. You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange, and return the product by following the steps below.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanging an item is free of charge, subject to stock availability and adherence to our Returns Policy.

  • To request an exchange, you may:

    • Visit your nearest ComfortKicks outlet (if applicable)

    • Or send the parcel back via courier to our designated facility center

  • Once the original item is received and inspected, the exchange order will be shipped within 5–7 working days and you will receive a confirmation notification.

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges for a different color or style. We recommend returning your item and placing a new order if you wish to choose a different product.

Note: Each product is eligible for a one-time size/design exchange only.

💸 Returns & Refunds

We aim to process all refunds as swiftly as possible.

  • You can return your purchase by:

    • Visiting your nearest ComfortKicks facility

    • Or sending it via courier to the nearest return center

  • Once your return is received and inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy, your refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.

📌 Important Information

  • All items must be returned new, unused, and with original tags and packaging.

  • Footwear should be returned in its original, undamaged shoe box, which is part of the product.

  • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, delivery costs will be deducted from the total refund amount unless the item was incorrect or defective.

⚠️ Clearance Sale Items

Please note that Clearance Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to limited sizes and discounted pricing.

ComfortKicks reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request based on product condition or other reasonable grounds
