We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued within 15 business days.
To qualify for a refund:

To return or exchange a product, courier it to the advised ComfortKicks facility in your region.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
